Eldercare is seeking a dynamic and detail-orientated professional to join our HR team as an HR Administrator.
Reporting to the HR Team Leader, this role is responsible for delivering a wide range of efficient and responsive HR administration services and managing employment-related matters. You will work closely with the HR Consultancy Team, Recruitment, Payroll, and Operational Services. It is a crucial role in the organisation and the first point of contact for human resources inquiries.
Working in collaboration with the HR Team, you will have the opportunity to support continuous improvement across the team and assist with HR projects. This is the perfect role for an enthusiastic fast learning individual to utilise their administrative, customer service and systems knowledge.
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Excellent knowledge of and experience with administrative systems and procedures
- Experience in creating and managing employee-related documentation, including contracts and letters
- Strong organisational, planning and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience**in Multitasking HR processes simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to relate effectively to a wide range of people
- Experience in Aged Care would be an advantage, but not essential
- Experience in Compliance would be an advantage, but not essential
