We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Hungry Jack’s. This role will be instrumental in managing social media moderation across all HJ’s social channels and providing support to the Marketing team in planning and executing marketing collateral. This role requires someone who can take initiative and is able to work in a fast-paced environment, bringing fresh ideas and a hunger for elevating Hungry Jack’s marketing presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading the moderation on HJ’s social media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter) responding to comments and engaging in proactive conversation in HJ’s distinctive tone of voice
- Copywriting for the social media content calendar + digital channels (eDM, App and Website), crafting on-brand post copy encouraging audience engagement
- Work alongside the social media team, creating social briefs for the in-house design team across all channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
- Social Local Store Marketing including copywriting, briefing, monitoring and proofing and coordinating production of campaigns for new store openings
- Keep up to date with all social media trends and tech news, bringing new ideas and concepts to the table, sharing your creativity and passion for social with the team members. You know all the best-practices and can keep HJ’s ahead of the curveScheduling Digital Menu boards, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Developing comprehensive Point of Purchase (POP) and Digital Menu Board (DMB) guides to assist store personnel in promoting products effectively.
- Implementing of national price increases across all stores, ensuring consistency and compliance with company guidelines
- Processing invoices efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate with external parties to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for marketing campaigns and projects.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Marketing experience - client side or within agency.
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt to different platforms with a great sense of humour.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail including grammar and punctuation.
- Strong organisational/ time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for social media and upskilling on the platform’s new features, tools and competitior landscape.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
