The Marketing Communications & Campaigns Manager, Australia will manage Marketing, PR and Communications activities for our Australian Hotels and F&B venues ensuring all activities align with Ovolo brand and maximise Ovolo’s positive exposure in local and international markets across various platforms.
Additionally, this role has additional responsibility for the execution of group campaigns developed by head office in Australia focusing on sales generation in line with the Ovolo brand and F.A.M.E brand pillars. This role also has the opportunity to take on project work for major group brand and tactical initiatives.

**CAMPAIGN AND CREATIVE MANAGEMENT**
- Manage brand/creative and tactical campaigns from end-to-end in a creative manner in line with the Ovolo Hong Kong and F.A.M.E brand pillars.
- Coordinate with key operational, revenue and sales executives to ensure all campaigns are within the business requirements, and are logístically and technically viable
- In conjunction with key Marketing team members, ensure SOP’s for all brand/creative and tactical campaigns are produced, communicated and distributed to all key stakeholders in the business
- Work with the Group Digital Marketing Manager to ensure all campaigns leverage Ovolo’ s owned channels (database, social channels, website etc) and where appropriate spend for search activities and display
- Leverage any campaigns through traditional PR to ensure Ovolo gains media traction for campaigns
- Work with the Marketing Communications Managers/Executives to leverage any campaigns through traditional PR to ensure Ovolo gains media traction for campaigns
- Develop, manage and execute all Australian F&B campaigns from end-to-end with Australian Marketing communications team
- With the Australian Marketing communications team to manage all promotional and partnership opportunities across Australia
- Manage a team remotely across Australia and collaborate with team members internationally
**COMMUNICATIONS** - Overall Strategy and Activity**
- Work with the Australian Marketing communications team and PR Agency in contributing to the development of quarterly Communications plans. This will include developing and delivering a wide range of static and moving content, including press kits, press releases, Q&A’s aligned to the brand, and designed to generate positive publicity within consumer and trade media channels.
- Assist Australian Marketing communications team and the various hotel Managers in leveraging key hotel events. This will include the development of supporting media liaison, branded content opportunities and media collateral.
- Management of promotional and contra activities with third parties and suppliers
- Work with the Australian Marketing communications team to assist with developing promotions in line with the PR strategy
- Manage the launch of new / refurbished hotels in the ANZ region.
- Respond to general Australian marketing inbox and phone queries received from all channels.
- Pro-actively work with the Australian internal teams such as F&B, Sales, Revenue and Hotel Management to resolve queries.
- Management of relationships with all Tourism Bodies and STOs
**Marketing & Promotions**
- Creation of promotion related marketing collateral with design team
- Ensure content representing hotel across print, offline and online media platforms is consistently on-brand.
- Ensure all current promotions/offers/packages are full promoted externally in the appropriate markets and work with key stakeholders to ensure that our Teams are briefed correctly.
