Citywide are recruiting for a **Team Leader** for our Commercial Waste Business based at Dynon Road, West Melbourne. You will be coordinating Collections services, providing coverage of planned and unplanned leave, as well as training and mentoring staff.

**Primary responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring appropriate manning of daily routes - Front Lift, Rear Lift and Hook Lift
- Managing leave to ensure customers are not impacted
- Weekly vehicle inspections
- Backfilling routes as required
- Delivering, emptying and collection and recycling at client sites
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients and the general public
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Complete runs and ensure completion of paperwork

**Skills, Qualifications and Personal Attributes required**:

- Current Victorian Heavy Rigid Truck Licence
- Knowledge of safe work practices, including handling of potentially dangerous material
- Customer Service experience
- Pro-active with the ability to problem solve
- Time Management skill
- Excellent communication skills
