Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology is seeking a** Clinical Scientist/Diagnostic Genomics Analyst** based in **Bowen Hills, Brisbane, QLD.** This critical role advances our genetic testing capabilities and is responsible for the precise analysis and interpretation of genetic data.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Performing analysis, variant curation, and interpretation of genomic test results, including tumour Comprehensive Genomic Profiling
- Reviewing and authorising test results to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Providing expert advice and troubleshooting across our genomic assay portfolio
- Training Scientists and Genetic Pathology registrars in the analysis of genomic data/results
- Communicating effectively with both internal and external clinicians and laboratories to enhance collaborative efforts

**About You**:

- Experience in diagnostic genomics, particularly with NGS and variant curation in oncology
- Capability to enhance your technical skills in a practical, diagnostic setting
- Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and strong record-keeping and documentation skills
- Bioinformatics skills, including scripting, are highly desirable
- Experience in genetic testing, especially in germline and somatic testing
