Job Title: Research Scientist, Flow Cytometry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Scientist, Flow Cytometry to join our dynamic team.

  1. Perform complex cell assays using advanced flow cytometry techniques and instruments, in accordance with standard operating procedures;
  2. Establish and maintain high-quality cell cultures;
  3. Effectively manage reagent inventories and orders;
  4. Contribute to the development and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and worksheets;
  5. Play a key role in the technical management of the laboratory;
  6. Maintain strict adherence to internal quality standards and apply relevant Quality System procedures;
  7. Pursue continuous improvement of Quality documents;
  8. Participate in relevant internal training activities.
">Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a life science such as biology, medical biology or biochemistry/biotechnology;
  2. A minimum of two years' experience in flow cytometry is required;
  3. Proven organizational skills;
  4. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in terms of scheduling;
  5. Ability to actively participate in process improvement initiatives;
  6. Willingness to work in a High Quality Environment (ISO17025, GCLP, GMP) and apply good documentation procedures (GDP).
">Working Conditions:
  1. Availability to work Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday shifts;
  2. Actual job location is in Baulkham Hills, NSW 2153.
