**Description**:
What will you do?

Work with key employees to assess, develop, and implement training programs to upskill employees.
Develop a method to ensure training progress is easily accessible with clear milestones goals.
Ensure our people’s knowledge and skills are up to date to fulfil their roles and compliance to regulatory standards.
Regularly assess its effectiveness ensuring it addresses current and future training needs.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate to groups with varying levels of understanding.
Ability to develop strong relationships to deliver on individual and group training initiatives.
Strong organisation skills with demonstrated ability managing a project.
Experience in a TGA and/or Manufacturing environment is beneficial.
