**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for dynamic inbound **Customer Care Consultant** join our **Trade Store** team based in **Carole Park **to provide an exceptional level of service to all customers.

**Your key responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Face to face customer service, customer requests, sourcing parts, ETA’s on backorders
- Warehousing (picking/packing/put always, communication with bulk)
- Daily stock replenishment/stock takes
- Handling of money for purchases (cash/card/account)
- Showroom displays, stock rotations
- General housekeeping of both the counter and packing area/organisation/prioritisation

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
