**Job Description**:
Toll Group Fuels division is seeking an experienced Transport Scheduler to plan, manage and facilitate the total fleet scheduling and stock control activities for our Fuels & Gases division. Based at East Rockingham, as a Transport Scheduler you will be responsible for overseeing a team of drivers who will be delivering fuel and lubricants to the metropolitan Perth region.

This role will operate as a 7 day roster: 7 days / 7 off / 7 nights / 7 off (Thursday - Wed), 12 hour shifts.

This full time permanent role offers genuine career progression and access to our bespoke online learning and development platform.

As the Transport Scheduler, you will:

- Plan fuel deliveries to metro sites (utilising various computer platforms)
- Ensure daily driver schedules are kept current and confirmed to meets business requirements.
- Champion safety and ensure all staff are conforming to customer, site and legislative safety regulations and processes.
- Provide detailed loading documentation, including Loading Plan, delivery documents and Journey Management Plan for all deliveries.
- Maintain and foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A background in transport planning, scheduling or allocating highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, with a teamwork and customer focus.
- A focus on safety, and alignment with Toll Values.
