- Design and manage the engagement and consultation mechanisms required to ensure relevant client experience informs service and communication improvement.
- Perform the Secretariat duties for the engagement and consultation mechanisms, presently, the Client Focus Group, the Client Advisory Committee and the Services Advisory Committee.
- Provide expert advice and guide internal capacity building (skills, knowledge, internal supervision, systems and processes) regarding effective engagement of clients in service planning and delivery.
**About the role**
The Community Liaison Advisor is responsible for enabling external expert service provider engagement, diverse client experiences and carer perspectives to inform the strategic improvements being driven by Funds in Court.
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the role will manage and facilitate feedback and co-design in respect of Funds in Court's services, through being responsible for the operation the Services Advisory Committee and client, carer, and staff working groups, under the guidance of the Senior Master and the General Manager.
**About you**
- Service development in a relevant disability context
- Graduate qualifications in social work/disability work or related field would be highly regarded.
- Knowledge and experience working with advisory and governance mechanisms in similar/ related area
