High profile State Government Organisation seeks experienced Regulatory Policy Manager for ongoing role
**Your new company**
This Victorian State Government Body focuses on ensuring the safe operation of the State’s energy infrastructure. As part of a broader refresh of the organisation’s regulatory framework, a Regulatory Policy Manger position has been created, leading a team of Regulatory Policy Advisors and Regulatory Training Learning Officers.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Regulatory Policy with both BAU and project based work, including the following:

- Lead development, implementation and review of a broad range of regulatory policies, procedures and guidelines for numerous internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversight and development of a new team of regulatory advisors
- Assisting with advice and capacity building across the organisation in regulatory matters
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated experience and capability with the following:

- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in liaising with stakeholders across an organisation at differing levels
- Experience within a Regulatory Policy role, ideally in an energy related context
- Experience managing a team
