We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Operations Manager to join our dynamic team
**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
- Manage the daily operations of the NSW/ACT Field Service Teams
- Responsibility for the operational service KPI’s of the Teams
- Responsible for Sales and Profitability Targets for the branches
- Responsible for Forecasting Sales on a monthly/annual basis back to the business
- Responsible for WH&S activities in the branches
- Work with Senior Management and the HR Department to ensure effective coverage and execution of all tasks undertaken by the NSW/ACT Teams
- Ensure all works conducted by the Service Department are carried out professionally and in a timely fashion
- Ensure QA objectives set by the company are met at the branch Level
- Liaise activities between Sales and Service at the branch Level
- Partake in service management meetings to represent the branch and to assist in effective management and business development
**To be considered for the role, you will have**:
- 3-5 years of relevant exposure in a high pressured Field Service Organisation.
- It would be seen as an advantage if you have managed teams in a Critical Space Environment.
- Related trade or tertiary qualifications are preferred (Engineering)
- Previous exposure to a service management - Field Service Environment
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent people management skills - experience in managing multiple teams
- Knowledge of forecasting techniques and some financial accounting systems
- A strong commitment to OH&S in the workplace
- A current driver license
