**The Opportunity**

**This is a Fixed Term Contract role for six months, working for 20 hours a week**

You will administer the Reinstatement & Refurbishments management process to ensure all R&R projects are accurately issued with all relevant documentation collected and filed appropriately. To provide front line support to stakeholders in using key business systems and processes related to these projects.

**You will**:

- Managing work order requests to builders including internal approvals with each request
- Providing administration support to the broader R&R team as required
- Confirmation of settlement figures to sales administration team
- Assist in the reinstatement and refurbishment process where relevant
- Assist in completing the progress job boards where required
- Facilitating with contractors and suppliers as required
- To continually improve work processes and identify opportunities for work flow efficiencies
- To assist where required in other asset management administration activities and special projects
- To progress towards more complex asset management related activities through courses and work mentoring by senior staff
- Saving of R&R documentation into shared file system
- Be focussed on customer service and assisting the reinstatement and refurbishment coordinators and asset managers to achieve their activities

**What you'll bring**:

- Minimum 3 year experience administration, preferably with financial responsibilities
- Formal qualifications in business administration, property, accounting and finance preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in retirement village industry or similar preferred but not essential
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- Demonstrated excellent project planning / time management skills
- Ability to contribute effectively within a team environment and help in continuously improving processe
