We are currently looking for a Permanent Full-Time Business Partner to join our amazing Employment & Training team. This is an incredible opportunity, especially for those who are looking to work from home

**Description**:
Purpose

The Business Partner - Performance (DES) is a highly consultative position. This role focuses on understanding service partners' business needs and providing tailored strategic and operational support, fostering strong relationships, and driving innovation and excellence in service delivery.

**Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Collaborate with the Program Lead to operationalise data into defined strategies
- Understand service partners’ businesses and serve as their main point of contact, working consultatively to improve performance
- Foster ongoing relationships with employers and stakeholders
- Participate on project teams, plan and deliver community of practice events, and attend networking and industry events supporting CoAct initiatives
- Run regular Business Partner sessions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to influence and negotiate
- Adaptability and flexibility in working with diverse partners and stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset

Required Experience
- A minimum of five years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or consulting roles
- Familiarity with the Disability Employment Services sector, Workforce Australia or other Commonwealth Employment contracts, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated success in managing projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders

Desirable Experience
- Familiarity with Australian Government programs, contracts, and regulations related to Employment Services or similar initiatives
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems (JobReady highly regarded), data management tools (MODE highly regarded), and other relevant technology platforms
