Ingenia Communities owns, operates, and develops a fast-growing portfolio of holiday parks and lifestyle (land lease) communities. We employ over 1,500 people across 120 parks and communities, as well as two corporate offices in Brisbane & Sydney.

**About the Role**
Join our growing IT team in this newly created IT Business Partner opportunity. This role will have a primary focus on our Ingenia Holidays Portfolio, partnering with key stakeholders in our tourism business. You will play a key role in discerning business needs to identify appropriate technology solutions, and collaborate closely with the broader technology team to deliver effective and innovative IT solutions for Ingenia Communities.
**What You Will Be Doing**
- Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technology solutions, serving as a liaison between business units and the IT department.
- Collaborate with the CITO to devise and implement IT strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, communicating IT initiatives and updates effectively.
- Gather and document technology requirements, translating business needs into actionable plans for the IT team, and driving process efficiency supported by technology change.
**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in an IT Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to discern and align technology solutions with business imperatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and relationship-building.
- Demonstrated project management expertise focused on delivering tangible value and outcomes.
