**Your Opportunity**

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, we're looking for a dedicated **Procurement Operations Leader - Hands On Leader for a Fast-Moving Team** on a Permanent Full-time basis based in Caringbah.
- Lead and support a small procurement team, ensuring a calm, focused, and solutions-oriented environment.
- Manage purchasing of raw materials, goods, and services — from supplier negotiation through to delivery.
- Problem-solve supply chain issues quickly and pragmatically, escalating only when needed.
- Continuously improve how we do things — smarter tracking, better forecasting, clearer communication.
- Support accurate forecasting, cost management, and reporting for operations.
- Coach and develop your team to take ownership and think ahead.
- Work closely with production, quality, and logistics to make sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time.

**What You Will Bring to Our Team**
- Proven leadership experience — ideally in a small to mid-sized business where you’ve worn multiple hats.
- A calm, steady leadership style — you bring clarity, not chaos.
- Resourcefulness and initiative; you can work through complexity with limited systems.
- Strong communication and follow-through — you own outcomes, not just tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations (at least 3 years).
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills (you’ll live in it).
