Off The Bone Doggy Day Care is seeking a **Team Leader**to oversee daily operations, mentor staff, coordinate social media and manage social group dynamics in our enrichment-focused daycare. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has team leader / management experience in the animal care sector.

About the role:

- Full Time (Monday - Friday)
- Shift times operate between 6:30am - 6:30pm

Essential Criteria:

- Minimum 2 year experience as an animal attendant / doggy day care attendant
- Previous experience in a leadership role or managing teams
- Ability to coordinate dogs in groups and coordinate structured enrichment throughout the day
- Uphold fear free and force free values in your work
- Genuine care and confidence with handling dogs
- Empathy and passion to work in the industry
- Ability to work standing on feet majority of the day
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Strong hygiene and work place health and safety practices
- Available to attend a work trial shift (paid)
- Full working rights in Australia

Essential Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Animal Care or Working Towards
- Drivers Licence
- Pet First Aid Certificate or obtain within first 6 months of role

Preferred but not essential:

- Fear Free Force Free Certified
- Dog Wash Experience
