Our agency, Prodigious, is an award-winning global production company. Prodigious is part of the connected Publicis Groupe network, providing production services across all channels, both agencies and directly to clients. As of recent, Prodigious has launched Prodigious PLAY, our agile creative content division. Prodigious PLAY is a digitally led offering, with integrated specialists and expanded capabilities across content strategy, creative, social and production. We design and deliver bespoke content experiences for our clients, shooting in our purpose-built studios. We work collaboratively with our client partners to bring create and produce high-calibre content for brands.
**The Role**:
Prodigious Play are currently on the lookout for a talented Content Manager, one who lives and breathes all things Social. This role would suit someone who will proudly and passionately own Social within our newly formed ambitious team, and who wants to create impactful, award-winning communications.
**General Responsibilities**:
As the Content Manager, you should be a skilled and passionate social / digital / content professional, able to spot opportunities for social from broader briefs and relish the chance to turn evergreen, always-on content into something more impactful for our client’s business. Whilst we are looking for someone with a solid social media background, a combination of agency experience will be highly regarded.
As social becomes increasingly a pay-to-play platform we need someone who understands how to get our content out there and what formats work best for different kinds of communication. You should have experience in client-facing project management and be able to demonstrate how you have managed the organisation and running of social campaigns end-to-end, both autonomously and whilst working within a broader team.
This is a highly client facing role, communicating with clients daily, so we will be looking for solid client servicing experience and presentation skills. You will also take charge of Community Management for our client. We are looking for someone who has managed this natively but is also familiar with community management software packages.
Other general responsibilities the role will involve include calendar management, media agency liaison, strong knowledge of all social media platforms, project management of content production (e.g. managing shoots or animation) and some content creation, working closely with our Creative team as well as ongoing content optimisation and reporting on analytics with our Strategy team.
**We are looking for someone who has**:
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in social media with a proven track record of successful campaigns in relevant categories/ brands
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to collaborate and be involved in making great work
- Experience in skilfully managing complex clients and their needs and expectations, pushing the work through, and always meeting deadlines
- A ‘can-do’ attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Resilience, a team orientation, and a sense of humour
