Kensington Psychology is looking for a friendly, professional and capable receptionist to join our psychology practice.

Exceptional grammar and the ability to maintain professionalism throughout is required as one deals with doctors, psychologists and the public. Maintaining composure when things get busy, and the ability to learn quickly on the job are important.

Previous receptionist experience in the field of allied health will be highly regarded.
- Excellent customer service
- Skilful in administration and reception
- Computer literate with typing efficiency
- Pracsuite software knowledge would be an advantage
- Knowledge of HICAPS would be an advantage
- Excellent time management with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Ability to work independently and within a team, attention to detail, flexibility and reliability with a strong work ethic
- Police Clearance or willingness to obtain Police Clearance

Days required: three to four days a week, half days ( Mornings), a Saturday full day once a month when needed.
