**Your Role**:
As an Allied Health Assistant, you will:

- Support families in implementing strategies that enhance their everyday lives.
- Provide coaching and support for families, facilitating group programs and individual therapy sessions.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of quality services.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through regular evaluation and training.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

**What You Need to Join Us**:

- A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
- Experience working with children and families with additional needs (lived experience is valued).
- Currently working towards a relevant Allied Health qualification.
- Knowledge of the NDIS is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and autonomously in community settings.
- Compliance with relevant checks (Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate, and First Aid Certificate).
