We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and organized **Customer Service Officer** to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service both in person and over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and scheduling
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments
- Provide product and service information to patients and caregivers
- Support audiologists and clinical staff with administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area along with the clinic is welcoming and organized

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles (preferably in a allied health setting)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computers and office software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling systems)
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- A warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
