**The Role**

Are you looking to build your experience in the payroll function? BG&E have a great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Perth. You'll be working alongside a full-time Payroll Officer and will be supporting the end-to-end payroll Australia wide. As part of the Finance team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our employees on a daily basis.

**What to expect?**
- Managing the inbox, promptly addressing queries, and assigning tasks
- Conducting administrative duties
- Onboarding new employees into the ESS payroll system
- Handling employee requests for payroll deductions and allowances
- Managing exit calculations and new starter calculations
- Processing monthly payroll runs for permanent and casual employees, including out-of-cycle runs
- Conducting audits on leave accruals and OT balances
- Generating monthly superannuation, payroll tax, and PAYG reports
- Undertaking ad hoc tasks as needed

**About you**:
We're seeking an enthusiastic individual with a customer-centric approach. You are confident utilising Excel and other Microsoft office products. You prioritize confidentiality and possess a good understanding of Australian legislative requirements. Your communication is clear and concise, and you thrive in a supportive, collaborative environment while also being able to work autonomously.
