Macquarie Fields, Australia Little Buddies Full time

Little Buddies Early Learning in Macquarie fields is currently looking for an enthusiastic person who would like to kick start their career in childcare by joining our traineeship program. This program provides an opportunity that entails a one-year full time programme of ‘on the job’ training. As a trainee, you will be working full time and studying your Certificate III in Education and Care.
- Not hold a prior qualification that is Certificate III or above in any field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional work ethic and commitment to work as a part of the team;
- Ability to work flexible hours between the hours of 6.00am - 6.00pm.
- A genuine desire to enter the Early Childhood Industry and a commitment to complete the training.
- Show great time management skills.
- Be committed to work to a high standard and complete their studies whilst being mentored by senior educators at the service.
- Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before the commencement of employment.
- Motivated
- Ability to build warm, respectful and trusting relationships with children and families.
- Have a willingness to grow and learn.
- Be available for an immediate start

Traineeships are offered to 18 years and above and an Australian Citizen, we pay according to the Children's Services Award 2010.
