**About the Role**

Primary responsibilities are to:

- Visit allocated students on Professional Experience, observe a lesson, and provide support and mentoring.
- Liaise with the supervising teachers of allocated students.
- Liaise with the Excelsia Professional Experience Coordinator with any queries or concerns.
- At the end of Professional Experience, submit the Tertiary Supervisors report and finalise marking.

**Selection Criteria**

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

- Relevant qualifications in early childhood experience with teaching experience within Australia.
- Experience in teaching at a tertiary level, learning, scholarship and research, including curriculum development and modification.
- An understanding of current and emerging trends in Initial Teacher education.
- The ability to communicate effectively and work effectively and cooperatively.
- Technological literacy and experience in developing online communication tools.
- Previous experience in online education is desirable.
