**About the Team**

As an **Integrated Logistic Support Manager (ILSM)**, you will work with a talented and experienced cross-functional team to achieve key project milestones in relation to the delivery of our Logistics Vehicles to the Australian Government. This opportunity will play a key role in advancing Australia’s Defence capabilities and contribute to the security of the nation.

**About the Role**

The **Integrated Logistic Support Manager (ILSM)**is responsible for managing and ensuring delivery of complex ILS project deliveries as identified by contracted AUSDEFCON ILS CDRLs. The **ILSM** will be appointed the ILS project lead for major projects, managing a small team of ILS practitioners to achieve business and project outcomes, with emphasis on our LAND121 program.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Integrated Logistic Support;
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of ILS discipline specialists;
- Previous experience with an Integrated Master Scheduling tool such as Open Plan Professional;
- Proven experience in delivering high quality logistics documentation to enable the project to attain IMR, IOC, FMR and FOC on time and budget;
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement and management;
- Ability to travel interstate and internationally when required; and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
