**Looking Overview**:
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing direct assistance and support to individuals facing various challenges, including physical or intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, or those transitioning from institutional settings. You will be responsible for fostering independence, promoting well-being, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, promoting a sense of trust, dignity, and respect.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other team members to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.
- Implement and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Encourage and assist clients in participating in social and recreational activities.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding in challenging situations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training are a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.

**Job Type & Salary: -**
- This is a full-time permanent job.
- The base salary will be AUD 70,000- AUD 75,000.

**Working Hours: -**

Availability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
