About Us
EMMC Support Services is a well-established provider of NDIS services for individuals with disabilities and psychosocial support needs. We operate across metropolitan Melbourne, offering services that include community access, in-home support, skill building, and developmental programs. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team.
Our Service Officers bring a wide range of life experiences to their roles, enabling us to connect our participants with people who share similar interests, hobbies, languages, and cultures. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, personal resilience, and the ability to think creatively while supporting participants in achieving their goals. - Assist clients in making optimal use of available resources, ensuring both clients and their families receive outstanding service.
- Prepare outcome summaries and progress reports for client plans and submit reports to allied agencies as required.
- Collaborate with government bodies to ensure resources are used in the best possible manner.
- Direct clients to agencies offering additional support.
- Evaluate community needs and available resources related to health, welfare, housing, employment, training, and other services.
- Coordinate with community organizations, welfare agencies, government bodies, and private sector entities to address community issues and raise awareness of available resources.
- Assist families and provide care and education for children and individuals with disabilities in adult service units, group homes, and government institutions.
- Oversee offenders on probation and parole.
