**We are currently looking for an Office Allrounder with profound understanding of disability services and the home care sector in Australia to join our team at Ability Plus Disability Services.**

**The Role**

As the office allrounder, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative, rostering and clerical tasks, for supporting the clinical care team, care coordination and HR team.

As part of your Rostering duties, that may include but not limited to:

- Daily management of allocated participant rosters and filling of vacancies
- Update rostering system, Visual Care, to reflect changes in participant rosters,
- Record all changes to shifts and produce a timely report for distribution to the Operations Manager and Care Coordinators daily and prior to shift end
- Respond to emergencies and incidents by providing support and advice as per Ability Plus Policy and Procedure

Complete any ad hoc administration tasks, that may include but not limited to:

- Supporting with calling staff regarding compliance items that may be expired or close to expiry
- Data entry on Visual Care and coordination with Care Coordination and Clinical Team
- Support the HR Team with various stages of the HR processes, including but not limited to interviews and documentation

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in a disability sector with a sound knowledge of rostering and admin practices and duties
- Experience working in the Disability/Health industry desirable.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability working in a fast paced highly productive environment with time pressures whilst managing multiple tasks.
- Proven experience in developing efficient systems and processes.

**Licence and Screening Requirements**:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Minimum two professional referee checks
- COVID vaccination

**Please note**:

- You must have working rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
- You must be able to provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination prior to commencement.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
