We’re looking for an experienced and passionate **Retail Service Coordinator** to lead our front-of-shop team and help deliver exceptional service and results at our Claremont store.

**About the Role**

As a **Retail Service Coordinator**, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our retail service areas, working closely with the Pharmacist Manager to ensure operational excellence and a cohesive, customer-first experience. You’ll lead a diverse team including customer service, nutrition, cosmetics, footwear, and receivals, driving team performance, store standards, and business outcomes.

This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on involvement — perfect for a results-driven retail professional who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-led environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the retail team in delivering high standards in service and care.
- Manage daily front-of-shop operations and coordinate team rosters.
- Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Execute promotional activities and monitor results to drive retail performance.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, presentation, and store cleanliness.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new team members.
- Drive engagement in brand initiatives including **Loyalty** and **Affiliate Programs**.
- Support reporting and provide input on strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service.
- Ensure compliance with QCPP standards and uphold safety across all areas.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Essential**:

- Proven understanding of retail principles and sales strategies.
- Strong merchandising and promotional skills.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership abilities.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in pharmacy.
- Diploma in Retail Management (or equivalent).
- Current First Aid Certificate.
