As part of our diverse team based in **Melbourne,** you’ll help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You’ll feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

The purpose of this role is to provide specialist administrative support enabling EML legal & technical teams to pro-actively manage personal injury claims effectively within the relevant jurisdiction as required.

This will be a **full time**, **5-month MTC **position, based in the **Melbourne CBD **office.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide Specialist Administrative support to legal and technical teams to progress and resolve specialist claims, litigated claims and/or disputed matters
- Manage information requests and exchanges related to specialist claims, litigated claims and\or disputed matters in accordance with required workflow and timeframes
- Prepare agent advice (including appropriate redactions) to be sent to the Accident Compensation Conciliation Service (ACCS) within 5 days of receipt of request for conciliation
- Provider liaison with internal and external stakeholders (including but not limited to ACCS, worker representatives, Panel solicitors, Medical Panel and Worksafe) in respect of specialist claims, litigated claims and\or disputed matters
- Preparation of relevant documentation and letters in respect of specialist claims, pre-litigated and litigated claims and\or disputed matters

**ABOUT YOU**
- Ability to utilise WorkSafe Systems NOVUS, ACCtion and Tempus
- Knowledge of the Victorian workers’ compensation legislation and regulations
- Effectively listen and understand the needs of the customer and what is important to them to enable their recovery and return to work
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
