Swimming Pool Manager

**About the role**

Pailagpools' is seeking a reliable and skilled Pool Care/Maintenance Specialist to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pool maintenance and care services to our valued clients in the Sydney, NSW 2000 area. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers' swimming pools are well-maintained and in optimal condition.

**What you'll be doing**
- Regularly inspecting and servicing swimming pools to identify and address any issues
- Performing routine pool cleaning tasks such as skimming, brushing, and vacuuming
- Testing and adjusting pool water chemistry to maintain proper pH, chlorine, and other chemical levels
- Conducting minor repairs and maintenance on pool equipment and systems
- Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and best practices
- Maintaining detailed records of all pool maintenance activities

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pool care and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of pool equipment, chemicals, and water chemistry
- Ability to diagnose and resolve common pool-related issues
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- On call

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
