**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Disability Support Worker located in Liverpool, NSW. As a disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities. This may include assisting with personal care, household tasks, community integration, and facilitating social and recreational activities. You will work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care and support. **Female Assyrian Support Worker**

**Qualifications**
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Community Support
- Experience in case management or community health
- Knowledge of disability support services and programs
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals with disabilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals with specific disabilities is a plus
- Certificate III in Disability Services or a related field

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
