**Job Description**:
Learning Futures is a dynamic and innovative centralised unit which provides targeted support to Academic Groups that aligns with the University’s learning and teaching strategic priorities and emerging needs. The unit cooperatively leads processes that create engaging and high-quality learning and teaching practices to enhance educational experience and improve learning outcomes.

The development and recognition of outstanding teaching practice is also a key focus, which includes an emphasis on professional development to provide staff with the necessary skills and support to adapt to new technologies and incorporate evidence-based practices.
- Support the effective development and management of Learning Futures and wider university strategic projects.
- Support scoping, coordination, monitoring, and delivery of projects bringing agile, human-centred, data, change and process improvement approaches to decision making within the context of the University’s policies and procedures.
- Work across a variety of portfolios including performing specific tasks for other senior managers. You will therefore work on multiple projects at any given time and collaborate within different team structures.

**What we can offer**
This is a continuing full-time position primarily based at the Griffith University Nathan campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.

The full-time base salary is HEW Level 7 range $93,854.17 - $101,680.85 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total package will be in the range $109,809 - $118,966 per annum.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in Project Coordination.
- Ability to function and work with a variety of projects at any given time.
- Ability to collaborate as part of team whilst also working with limited direction as you will on occasion lead on smaller projects, reporting on progress and communicating outcomes.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with a diverse range of people and organisations, including a capacity write clearly and succinctly.
- A strong general knowledge of the Project Life Cycle its phases and stages.
- You thrive when working under pressure, enjoy dealing with many different “components” and competing deadlines.
