Whether sat in front of you in our Cannington branch, or phoning through for a chat, you will be providing an engaging and personalise experience to both, current and potential members. You will be asking questions, discovering needs and providing tailored solutions, showcasing the values and benefits of our products and services. What do you need to know? - Location: RAC Cannington Service Centre (located in Carousel shopping centre) - Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm, Every second Saturday, 8.15am-12.15pm (37.5 hours per week) - Salary: Starting at $68,340+ shift loading + super + more Within this role you will: - Be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with any queries, changes or support they may need in relation to a range of RAC products and services.- Provide efficient and friendly support, in person and over the phone.
