**What’s the story?**

We are looking for a full-time Customer Sales Consultant to join the team in our Cannington store. In this role, you will deliver better health to our customers and to Australia through our provision of health services, our health system advocacy, and our work in the community.

**The role**:
As a member of a strong and supportive team that puts our customers first, your role involves reaching sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. By showing heart and empathy, you will contribute towards Medibank’s growth and deliver our purpose “Better Health for Better Lives”.

Whilst you will be based in the retail store, you will service customers face-face as well as via our virtual channels (phone and webchat), so Contact Centre experience (or similar) is advantageous.

**Your every day**:

- Assisting customers in store and also through our virtual channels (call centre line and messaging platform)
- Finding sales opportunities, while building rapport with our community and making sure you are providing solutions to our customers’ needs.
- Engaging and interacting with our members in-person, over the phone and online.
- Opportunity to make health insurance simple and easy for our customers to understand.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our store culture, that promotes an empowered, result-driven, quality and team focused environment.
- Involvement in corporate sales events off-site and building strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- As well as face-to-face customer service, you will also use your customer service skills in our virtual channels, assisting customers over the phone and through our messaging platform.
