Time and time again, our members return to RAC travel because our consultants are accredited and offer expertise in touring, travel and cruising. RAC Travel offers members great discounts on over 2,000 experiences in WA, the rest of Australia and New Zealand.
The Opportunity
What you will be doing?- Provide travel advice. Plan, prepare and cost itineraries, coordinating all travel arrangements for customers.- Using Sabre, maintain and update customer files in accordance with operating requirements to ensure compliance.- Cross sell supplementary RAC products to ensure member/customer needs are met- Ensure all tickets and travel related documentation are processed within standard timeframes.- Cross sell supplementary RAC products to ensure customer needs are met.- Process cash/credit or EFTPOS transactions accurately and in accordance with operating procedures.
What we are looking for in you?- Experience in selling domestic and international travel packages.- Experience in selling cruise travel would be beneficial.- A well-travelled individual whose product and destination knowledge stands out.- Proven sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.- Experience in Sabre and SAM/Tramada or relevant travel booking systems is highly desirable
