We are seeking a **Team Leader** to join our team in **Hobart** Working closely with our State Manager, this role involves managing our local team whilst maintaining a reduced caseload, and would suit a Senior Consultant looking for the next step in their career or an experienced manager looking to make a change.

We have a fantastic local team, with our office based in the heart of Hobart. We embrace a very supportive, fun and flexible culture and are looking for our next like minded addition

**About You**:

- **Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor **or** Psychologist** (with full relevant professional membership);
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation (**mandatory**);
- Business development, leadership, quality assurance and/or customer relationship management experience (highly regarded);
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
