Recruitment Consultant

**Your new company**

Located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, this established Victorian State Government body is currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their rapidly growing HR team on a 6-month contract with the possibility for a direct VPS role (depending on the circumstances).

**Your new role**
- Managing and coordinating the delivery of a high-quality recruitment process: role design, advertising, shortlisting, interview, and selection, as well as applicant and client feedback.
- Maintaining confidential recruitment records
- Preparing a range of reports and written material, including analysis papers, selection reports and briefing notes.
- Pro-actively consulting and managing stakeholder relationships and expectations whilst fostering strong relationships with colleagues.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have demonstrated experience in Recruitment within the Public Sector.
- Be highly organised with strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
