**Your opportunity**
- We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking **Manager Purchasing and Support** (AS7) to lead our enterprise-wide purchasing function. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving commercial outcomes, increasing system-driven efficiencies, ensuring compliance, and embedding continuous improvement across the Purchase-to-Pay process.
- You’ll play a key role in improving system utilisation (particularly SAP), strengthening governance, and leading initiatives that create efficiencies, automation, and transparency across purchasing.
- This is a full-time, permanent position based in Brisbane CBD. The role offers a **starting salary of $151,359** plus 12.75% superannuation, along with hybrid work options to support a healthy work-life balance.
**What we’re looking for**
- A collaborative leader, experienced managing high-performing transactional purchasing teams.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP (R3 ECC, MM and SRM Modules).
- Strong commercial acumen with well-developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving strategic purchasing frameworks and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay improvements.
- High-level communication, consultation, change management and relationship management skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels.
