**About Hotel**
Welcome to the vibrant and energetic world of **ibis Sydney Barangaroo**, located in Sydney’s bustling business, retail, and entertainment hub. Our hotel features 91 guest rooms designed for both business and leisure travellers seeking affordable comfort in a central location. Guests can also enjoy **Lot 51 Bar** and our on-site gym that have the essentials for a great stay in the city.
We are seeking an experienced **Front Office Supervisor** to lead our Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role involves supervising daily operations, managing arrivals and departures, coaching and motivating staff, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and support the Front Office team, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest service.
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs, loyalty members, VIPs, and special requests efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, cash/credit handling, key control, and guest confidentiality.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Communicate new and updated information effectively, including hotel policies, promotions, and guest preferences.
**Qualifications** Key Requirements**
- Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera Cloud desirable) and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
