MNR Constructions is a creative construction company who specialise in building sets, fit-outs and pop-up projects. We collaborate with designers, producers, engineers, marketing agencies and event companies to create custom projects for events and brand activations.

**Right now we’re looking for a gun SET BUILDER to come and be a part of the team.**

**If they do and** you have a background which lends itself to:

- Using plant machinery such as table saws, CNC machines, drop saws and other hand tools to work with timber and various materials
- Welding and cutting steel/aluminium
- Attending team briefing meetings
- Troubleshooting construction solutions
- Collaborating with construction teams
- Working in a safe and efficient manner
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Understanding construction plans and cutting lists
- Working flexible hours (some projects need to be installed/packed-down at night time or on weekends)
- Being happy to travel interstate or overseas for work

We’d be keen to hear from you.

We are looking for someone with:

- A carpentry/joinery qualification
- Experience in design
- Experience in set building and fabrication for brand activations and events (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lead small build teams (5-10)

This is a FULL-TIME position.

Renumeration range for this position is between $70,000 - $80,000 p.a.

As an integral part of our construction team, you’ll be responsible for **fabricating, finishing, delivering, installing, packing-down and disposing of the projects we work on. **This work will be carried out in our workshop and onsite.

Your previous construction knowledge and problem solving skills will see you producing large and small one-off projects for a range of different clients. Your work will be seen amongst a huge range of different industries such as events, brand activations, retail fit-outs and more.

Our clients include Art Directors, Project Managers, Designers, Event Coordinators, PR Agencies, Producers, and the everyday customer to build everything from a temporary retail pop-up to a permanent installation. Our workshop is always buzzing with activity.

We are a dedicated group of hard workers and problem solvers with a passion for producing projects from scratch and seeing them right through to the final stages. We are always striving to do better and work together to meet all of our clients needs from conception to completion.
