With no two days the same, this is the perfect role for anyone looking to kickstart a career in an office bound role.
As the interface between the store network, external trade and retail customers, this role will see you providing first class customer service and assistance, with queries relating to all aspects of both retail, trade, systems, promotions, and more. This is a fun, fast paced role, where you get to build rock solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as getting involved in a variety of process administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Duties**:

- Phone based enquiries
- General administration support
- Customer service
- Problem solving
- Complaints resolution
