Eastbrooke Family Clinic Belmont (Powered by Bupa) is a long-standing and well-established medical centre, the clinic provides the local community with comprehensive health services. The clinic services the local community, meaning patients don’t have to be a Bupa health insurance member or aged care resident to visit our GPs and allied health professionals.

**The Opportunity**:
We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at ou**r**Belmont Family Clinic available for Medical Receptionists seeking permanent full-time or casual work:

- Working across a rotational roster from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 9am - 12pm.
- Casual staff member will need to primarily be available between 5:30pm - 9:30pm Mondays to Sundays for our after-hours Priority Care Clinic onsite at the same location.
- Friendly, fun and dedicated team
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs and Medicare
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

**You’ll be**:
Our Receptionists come from a wide variety of backgrounds and work experiences. To be successful in the role, you’ll need:

- Available to work full-time (rotational roster across Monday to Saturday) or casually (rotational roster primarily between 5:30pm -9:30pm Mondays to Sundays)
- Previous Medical Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
