**Key responsibilities**:

- Responding to daily in-bound web enquiries and updating CRM tools to manage incoming leads
- Answering calls from customers and following up leads to convert sales
- Organising samples and postage, following up samples, doing quotes, processing orders and working with the team to organise delivery
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Occasionally assisting the team with trade shows and events
- Responding professionally & knowledgeably about our range of products. (With training)

**Our ideal applicant**:

- Has worked previously in a sales, customer service, marketing or administration role.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has a friendly and engaging phone manner
- Is a team player - enthusiastic to contribute to the success of the business and get ahead
- Has exceptional organisational skills, a high attention to detail and good time management
- Can use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook/Thunderbird
- (Optional) Experience within related industries i.e. building, hardware stores, timber, interior design etc, or knowledge of composite decking or generally an interest in renovating, architecture etc would be very highly regarded
- (Optional) Experience with PipeDrive, our CRM system, would be extremely well regarded.
- (Optional) Having a degree or TAFE qualifications would be highly regarded

**Location**:At our office in the Morisset Business Park, near Lake Macquarie.

**Salary Range**:$60,000 to $80,000 p.a. + Super + Performance Bonus
