As a Service Scheduler, you will support the provisioning of efficient delivery of home services across the **Central Coast/Hunter regions.** You will provide the highest quality customer service consistent with BaptistCare’s service scheduling principles.

This is a full-time permanent position working **Monday to Friday from 12.30pm-8.30pm** **with rotational weekends**. In lieu of weekends worked, the successful applicant will be given two consecutive days off following plus receive the appropriate penalties.

**What do we need from you?**
- Scheduling/rostering experience in a similar role within Aged Care/Health Care setting preferred
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support clients, their families, employees and stakeholders
