Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Lead to join our Sydney team. Mirvac’s integrated digital operating model is primarily formed around four layers; foundation technology, enterprise digital platforms, Data and Analytics, and user-facing products. The Delivery Lead will play a key role in the delivery of capabilities and outcomes as set within the digital portfolio.

Your responsibilities are but no limited to;
Organising scrum teams using various delivery / agile methodologies and scrum practices
Helping the product owner / platform teams to achieve delivery goals
Guiding the scrum and development teams in self-organization
Removing impediments and coaching the scrum team on removing impediments
Resolving conflicts and issues that occur
Guiding the scrum team to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
Delivering project outcomes within agreed time, scope and cost
Actively contributing to the success of the scrum / project team(s) achieving their OKRs
Reporting on project status and proactively managing risks and issues
Engaging with multiple teams across the business and digital

Your point of difference

Extensive experience in a SCRUM Master/Project Manager role
Excellent relationship building and people management capability
Experience working in teams in digital environments
Familiarity and exposure to Agile frameworks
Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity
Highest levels of integrity and confidentiality with a strong results and customer focus
A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and resolve issues as they arise
