In return you will assist with all inbound calls from customers and provide accurately monitoring and maintaining a portfolio of accounts, financial data, and approved collections strategy. You are collaborative and have an open communication style with the team and provide suggestions for process improvement. You focus on ensuring consumer and regulatory protections are met whilst best managing and negotiating with the account/customer during the collection cycle.
