**Role**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team of superstars in the People and Culture team in our Sydney CBD office. This role would suit someone who wants to move from agency to internal recruitment or someone with strong administration skills that is looking for a career change

**Responsibilities**
- Generate new starter contracts based on the information provided to ensure all new starters receive their employee contracts and kits within the expected timeframe
- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure efficiency in relation to the onboarding and offboarding process
- Act as backup for the People and Culture officer and support with the HR inbox and manage queries within the expected timeframe
- Supporting People and Culture Team members with ad hoc tasks and daily administration

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years administration experience preferably in a HR/Recruitment environment (essential)
- Have great attention to detail
- Proven ability to combine speed and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Action oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
- HRIS experience (Workday preferred) (desirable)
- Recruitment Management System (Scout preferred) (desirable)
