Compass Offices provides corporates and professionals with business-ready flexible office space at business centres located in prime districts in Sydney and Melbourne, as well as across major cities in Asia Pacific.

We support businesses with workspace solutions ranging from serviced offices to virtual offices, co-working, meeting rooms, enterprise solutions, custom workspace and professional IT services.

We are looking for a Full-Time Business Development Manager to seek out new business opportunities whilst managing existing client relationships.

**Your activities**:

- Acquires and develops a portfolio of local key accounts - real estate brokers and corporate clients
- Grows business from existing customers through referrals and via expansions
- Plans and executes rent reviews, renewals and manages disputes with clients
- Drives high conversion of all products, resulting in a positive impact on the occupancy and profitability
- Develops a high level of territory knowledge regarding the industry, market and competition
- Works beyond own key responsibilities as a good team member and coordinates activities with the Clients Services team

**What you bring**:

- Minimum 3 years’ of direct B2B sales experience with proven track record
- Able to generate and convert own sales leads, as well as manage allocated marketing inquiries
- With high energy level and sharp focus on daily results
- Strong planner, time manager, and aggressive producer with the ability to set priorities and maintain high-quality standards
- Able to analyze individual client cases and implement appropriate solutions
- Team player that is able to look beyond its own responsibilities
- Excellent English verbal/written communication skills
