An exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant has become available within our Supplier Administration Services Team (SAST) within the Buying department of ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury.

**This is a fixed term contract position until the 31st of January 2026.**

Our SAS Team play a key role in the maintenance of Business Partner data maintenance and onboarding of business partners who are new to supplying ALDI.

**What does the role look like?**
- Create and maintain business partner data in SAP
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Action ad-hoc administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
- Previous Ariba experience is preferred
- Previous experience in SAP systems highly regarded
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on data quality
- Intermediate MS Office Suite skills, particularly in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

**Remuneration**
- Transparent tiered salary range of **$76,800 - $84,300** including Superannuation.
